Abstract

TANQUE PARA ARMAZENAMENTO E REFRIGERAçãO DE LEITE. A presente invenção refere-se a um tanque (1) para o armazenamento e refrigeração de leite, com uma forma de modo geral cilíndrica e um eixo geométrico longitudinal vertical, cuja base (21) é substancialmente horizontal, tem um contorno circular, e que compreende um meio para a refrigeração do leite que pode circular um fluido refrigerante (FF) dentro de pelo menos uma parte de sua parede. De acordo com a presente invenção, a dita parte de parede é a parede de base (21), e é separada diametralmente em duas seções independentes (210, 211), em que a primeira (210) é conectada ao primeiro meio de refrigeração (GF1), e a segunda (211) é conectada ao segundo meio de refrigeração (GF2).
