Abstract

PROCESSO PARA OBTENçãO DE TUBOS E CONEXõES A PARTIR DE COMPóSITO POLIMéRICO. Compreendido por um tubo interno (1), com espessura de 3,0 a 8,0 mm confeccionada de fibra de vidro e matriz de resina de epóxi para resistir à corrosão do fluido produzido e a abrasividade das partículas sólidas em suspensão. Confeccionada em molde metálico polido pelo processo de filamento winding, com fio de roving, em ângulo de enleamento de 52° a 55°, impregnado com resina epóxi e catalisado com agente de cura a quente, à base de amina aromática, anidrido e amina alifática, para suportar aos ataques químicos e temperatura, sendo os extremos, confeccionados através de moldes com rosca moldada com um composto a base de resina epóxi e fibra de carbono, caracterizado pela face externa da camada interna, sofre um processo de lixamento, quebrando o brilho elevando a aderência, para acomodação de uma segunda camada de filamento winding, com fio de roving, em ângulo de enleamento com ângulo entre 80° e 85°, de espessura de 5,0 mm a 8,0 mm,impregnado com resina de poliéster acelerada com cobalto e catalisação a frio com catalisador de poliéster a frio, adicionado carga à base de sílica, com gramatura 40/60 depositado em forma de derramamento por gravidade, intercaladas entre as camadas de filamento winding, estruturado para auxiliar mecanicamente a impactos, auxiliando na proteção estrutural do produto, elevando a resistência mecânica, essencialmente quanto ao impacto e carga sobre rodas, sendo que sobre a segunda camada é depositada uma terceira camada de poliuretano de espessura variando entre 1,0 a 4,0 mm de espessura, com cura a frio, cuja função e prover o tubo de estrutura mecânica, elevando sua resistência ao impacto e às intempéries
