Abstract
SISTEMA PARA A CONSTRUçãO DE BOMBAS, COMPRESSORES E MOTORES ROTATIVOS COMPOSTOS DE DOIS ROTORES COM UM, DOIS OU MAIS DESLOCADORES CADA, QUE SE MOVIMENTAM NUMA MESMA DIREçãO A VELOCIDADES VARIADAS E ALTERNADAMENTE OPOSTAS ENTRE SI. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para a construção de bombas, compressores e motores rotativos com deslocamento volumétrico variável, compostos por dois rotores (2,4) com um, dois ou mais deslocadores por rotor (1,1' e 3,3'), de maneira a criar entre os deslocadores duas ou mais câmaras, dependendo das quantidades de deslocadores por rotor. As câmaras variam seu volwne segundo o grau de afastamento entre os pistões (1,1' e 3,3 ')provocado pelas velocidades variadas e alternativamente opostas entre os dois rotores. Esta variação de velocidade e produzida por um sistema eixo manivela duplo (11) com bielas deslizantes (8,9) ou com bielas rotativas (20,21), unidas a cada um dos rotores em posições opostas através de braços (6,7), quando os rotores (2,4) portem só um deslocador cada No caso em que os rotores portem mais deslocadores(1,1' e 3,3'), e colocada uma redução engrenada (16,18 e 17,19) proporcional a quantidade de deslocadores por rotor. O novo sistema também está caracterizado pelo fato de que o volume deslocado e a posição relativa das janelas de sucção , exaustão (31,30), velas, etc. em relação aos deslocadores(1,1' e 3,3'), pode ser variado modificando a distância linear e angular entre os eixos geométricos do eixo de manivela duplo (11), que permitem este movimento oscilante de velocidade variada, e o eixo geométrico dos braços (6,7) unidos aos rotores com seus respectivos deslocadores. The present invention relates to a system for the construction of variable volume displacement pumps, compressors and rotary motors composed of two rotors (2,4) with one, two or more displacers per rotor (1,1 'and 3, 3 ') so as to create between the displacers two or more chambers, depending on the amount of displacers per rotor.
