Abstract

TERMOSTATO DE MOTOR TENDO PASSAGEM DE FLUIDO DE AMORTECIMENTO DE PRESSãO DE BYPASS. A presente invenção refere-se ao conjunto de termostato (200) que inclui uma porção de atuador (106) tendo um recipiente vedado (126) com um braço (108) que se projeta do mesmo. Uma placa retentora (118) conecta o conjunto de termostato (200) a um componente de motor (104). Uma placa de válvula de bypass (228) é disposta para encaixar, vedavelmente, uma sede de válvula de bypass (134) que é formada em outro componente (102). A placa de válvula de bypass (228) inclui uma porção de corpo (402), tendo uma abertura central (408) e uma periferia externa, um aro interno (406) circunda a abertura central (408), um aro externo (404) circunda a periferia externa e uma pluralidade de aberturas (230) são formadas na porção de corpo (402). A pluralidade de aberturas (230) fica adjacente a uma intertace entre a porção de corpo (402) e o aro externo (404), de modo que uma passagem de fluido de amortecimento de pressão de bypass é definida através da pluralidade de aberturas (230) na placa de válvula de bypass (228).
