Abstract

GERADOR ELéTRICO PLANO. Um gerador elétrico inclui um disco giratório que é feito de moldagem por injeção plástica na qual uma pluralidade de bobinas, cada uma tendo um contato exposto, é incorporada. Dois discos fixos são arranjados em laterais opostas do disco giratório e cada um tem uma superfície interna que se opõe ao disco giratório e carrega dois imãs semicirculares. O disco giratório é fixado a um eixo que tem extremidades opostas ajustadas dentro de mancais que são recebidos em furos centrais definidos nos discos fixos. Cada uma das bobinas é formada enrolando-se um fio em no mínimo uma volta na forma de um circulo ou uma elipse, as voltas sendo coincidentes umas com as outras ou deslocando-se parcialmente umas com relação às outras. Ou alternativamente, as bobinas são formadas concêntricas umas com relação às outras e o disco giratório.
