Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FORMAçãO DE CUBOS DE GELO ASSIMéTRICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um refrigerador que inclui um compartimento de congelador dotado de um dispositivo automático para fazer gelo, incorporando um molde configurado para produzir cubos de gelo, truncados, em forma de crescente. Com essa disposição, o dispositivo para fazer gelo produz cubos que são menores do que os cubos em forma de crescente padrão. O tamanho de molde reduzido, vantajosamente, permite que o dispositivo para fazer gelo ocupe menos espaço em um compartimento de congelador, sem uma redução significativa em volume de cubo de gelo.
