Abstract

CONJUNTO DE BY-PASS DE SUSPENSçO COM CUNHA COM CABO E MÉTODO. A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de desvio (100) inclui um guia-tubos (150) recebido pelo orifício de receptáculo (172) de um receptor de elemento tubular (120) afixado ao tubo (106). O percurso de desvio (140) conecta a(s) janela(s) (158, 158') a um conduto suspensor com cunha (122) suportado em um conduto hidráulico 108 pelo desvio do tubo (106). O tubo (106) pode ser uma válvula de segurança de subsuperfície ou um niple hidráulico ancorado dentro da tubulação de produção. O conjunto de desvio (200) inclui niples hidráulicos superior (202) e inferior (203) na tu- bulação de produção (210) com respectivos conjuntos de selo de ancoragem (220, 230) encaixados ali. O percurso de desvio (214) conecta o conduto hidráulico (208) ao suspensor com cunha (242) suportado no conduto hidráulico (216) para se desviar dos conjuntos de selo de ancoragem de ele- mento tubular (220, 230). O conjunto de desvio 300 inclui niples hidráulicos superior (302) e inferior (303) na tubulação de produção (310) com respectivos conjuntos de selo de ancoragem de elemento tubular (320, 330) encaixados ali. A passagem de desvio (318) conecta o suspensor (350) a um suspensor com cunha (342) suportado no conduto hidráulico 316 para se desviar dos conjuntos de selo de ancoragem de elemento tubular (320, 330).
