CAMPO DA TÉCNICA.FIELD OF TECHNIQUE.
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating arc-shaped blades of a nail clipper and arc-shaped blades and a nail clipper, and in particular a method of manufacturing arbor-shaped blades of a nail clipper which correspond to one another. a curved surface of a nail, and curved blades and a nail clipper made by it.
An arc-shaped nail clipper has the feature that the blades are arc-shaped from a front view to correspond to a curved nail surface. Consequently, when cutting a nail using the arch-shaped nail clipper, no uncomfortable sensation is caused by the pressure first applied to either side edge of the nail or the nail is prevented from being broken. Since arc-shaped blades are considered to be very important when actually using the arc-shaped wedge cutter, several patent applications from the same ones were filed thirty years ago. However, arc-shaped blades just aren't a genius idea because they weren't made as a product. That is, due to a manufacturing problem, the arc-shaped blades were not commercialized and practically not used.
A técnica antecedente de um cortador de unha em formade arco que se relaciona com a presente invenção foidivulgada em diversas patentes, Publicações Japonesas deModelo de Utilidade, N0 Sho 49-8181 (24 de janeiro de1974), Sho 49-120419 (16 de outubro de 1974), Sho 52-66577(17 de maio de 1977) , Sho 51-119970 (12 de setembro de1977), Sho 54-98369 (11 de julho de 1979) e Sho 54-116468(15 de agosto de 1979), Publicação de Patente Japonesa N02005-74135 (24 de março de 2005), Publicação Japonesa deModelo de Utilidade Hei 01-145305, Patente Americana deDesenho N°. 371.636, e semelhantes. The prior art of an arc-shaped nail clipper which relates to the present invention has been disclosed in various patents, Japanese Utility Model Publications, No. Sho 49-8181 (January 24, 1974), Sho 49-120419 (October 16, 2004). 1974), Sho 52-66577 (May 17, 1977), Sho 51-119970 (September 12, 1977), Sho 54-98369 (July 11, 1979), and Sho 54-116468 (August 15, 1979), Japanese Patent Publication No.2005-74135 (March 24, 2005), Japanese Utility Model Publication Hei 01-145305, U.S. Patent Design no. 371,636, and the like.
In addition to the exemplification of the above mentioned prior art, many similar ideas have been presented. Most of the prior art is lacking, as the upper and lower edges of the blades are in contact with one another on a curved surface. As a result of the prior art search, none of the prior art describes a manufacturing technique for producing arc-shaped blades as desired. That is, the prior art never describes the technology of how to form upper and lower edges of the nail clipper blades in an arc shape in a three-dimensional space and how to make the edges exactly contact each other.
In U.S. Patent No. US 371,636, the upper and lower edges of the blades of a nail clipper are in contact with each other, forming an inclined arc shape in a three-dimensional space and corresponding to the curved surface of a nail. Similarly, although these arc-shaped edges of the blades were possible in design, this prior art did not present a way of overcoming the technical problem dependent on manufacturing technology.
Since most prior art does not have the technology to manufacture the arc-shaped blades, the arc-shaped blades have not been commercially produced. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2005-74135, in which the difficult manufacturing problem is a little better understood, attempts to fabricate the upper and lower arc-shaped blades into a completely different structure with the same object of use. However, as the upper and lower ends are independently and separately attached, the manufacturing costs are higher. Also, because the bottom edge is not positioned so close to the bottom of a nail as much as the bottom edge thickness, it is not easy to cut the nail.
In a common nail clipper, the upper and lower edges are extended beyond the upper and lower body of the blades to make contact with each other. Each of the upper and lower edges is formed to be slanted in shape and have a small curved surface in the outer appearance.
The upper and lower edges are simultaneously fastened and sharpened using a grinding roller with a diameter corresponding to the curved surface. Then, when the diameter of the curved surface at the edge is the same diameter as the grinding roller, the upper and lower edges should normally be horizontally parallel to one another in a front view.
To form an arcuate edge from a front edge view, the middle part of the concave arc edge needs to be formed inwardly curved into an arc shape, and the middle part of the bottom edge needs to be formed outwardly curved in a It has a hollow shape so that the alignment of the upper and lower blades in contact with each other is exactly in contact, to precisely cut a nail. However, it is very difficult to contact curved surfaces at the top and bottom edges together, according to the edge shape that is slanted and extended from the top blade, the shape of the edge that is slanted and extended from the bottom blade, the diameter of the grinding roller, the accuracy of a processing machine and the depth of the point to be attached. Consequently, a gap can be formed between the upper and lower ends in unpredictable directions, and a useless product can be manufactured depending on the different variables mentioned above.
Most of the prior art discloses a schematic description of an arch-shaped edge trimmer, and the utility thereof is patented. However, most prior art disclosure is just an idea. Since no specific method for realizing the idea is presented, the prior art was hardly used.
DIVULGAÇÃO DA INVENÇÃO.DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION.
O Problema Técnico.The Technical Problem.
The most important basic requirement for fabricating the upper and lower edges of a nail clipper is to form upper and lower ends that are exactly in contact with each other, sufficiently allowing a variation in the grinding depth of the upper and lower edges while simultaneously grinding the upper and lower edges.
The edges of the nail clipper are manually, semi-automatically or completely automatically fastened using a grinding roller with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of a curved surface at one end of the edge. Manual grinding makes a big difference in the grinding result depending on the skill of an operator. Semi-automatic and automatic grinding generate a deviation depending on the size of a clamping unit for fixing the nail clipper, the variation of an automation transfer unit and the extent of abrasion of a grinding belt.
Specifically, when the edges of the three-dimensional nail clipper are formed into an arc shape, although the upper and lower edges are in contact with any three-dimensional space, it is almost impossible to manufacture a nail clipper in which the curved surfaces on the upper and lower edges are in contact with one another. with another satisfying the basic requirement mentioned above. It could be possible to produce this species of the deunha cutter, it was a small amount, such as work done by hand or fitted for that purpose. However, as the uniform manufacture of this type of deunha cutter in large quantities is not theoretically or technologically grounded, there is no product to be marketed and to be used in practice. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for fabricating arc-shaped blades of a nail clipper which are exactly in contact with each other when the upper and lower edges are in contact with each other under conditions of two-dimensionally forming the same. arc-shaped edges to be in contact with each other, allowing variation of a grinding depth as the aforementioned basic condition (the variation being within a range of approximately ± 0.2 mm of a reference value), and simultaneously grinding upper and lower edges, and the arc-shaped blades are a nail clipper made by them.

The arch-forming technology of the present invention can also be performed on both nail clippers which are different in shape as shown in the above-mentioned embodiments. Thus, the blade body of the nail clipper described with reference to the drawings will be indicated by the same reference numeral, "10".
The blade body 10 comprises the upper blade 11 and the lower blade 21. The upper blade 11 and the lower blade 21 are formed with the same inclination so that one end of each blade is connected to one another.
The upper blade 11 includes a downward inclination55 and an end. An inner surface of the downward slope 55 is formed into a concave arc shape which has a predetermined curvature and is extended along the downward slope 55. The end of the upper blades 11 is formed as a vertical plane to form a concave arc edge. 53. The lower blade 21 includes an upward incline 56 and an end. An interior surface of the upward slope 56 is formed into a convex arc shape having the same curvature and extending along an upward slope 56. The end of the lower blade 21 is formed as a vertical plane to form an edge-like arcoconvex 54 While the concave arch 53 and the convex arch 54 are in contact with each other, the concave arch 53 and the convex arch 54 are both simultaneously in a vertical plane, thus forming addresses the concave arc 53 in an arched shape in the upper blade 11 and forming the convex arc edge 54 in a convex arc shape in the lower blade 21 to form the arbor shaped nail clipper 100 or 200 in which the concave and convex curved edge curves are exactly in contact with each other.
Figure 3 shows a principle of arc-shaped nail clippers in accordance with the present invention. For example, a cylinder is longitudinally divided into two parts. Half cylinder is indicated as Al and the other half cylinder is indicated as A2. A diameter R1 of a cylinder A1 is identical with a diameter R2 of the other half of cylinder A2. When half of cylinders A1 and A2 are placed symmetrically, they are each allowed to rotate a predetermined angle at left based on a central point of intersection P relative to the edges relative to Figure 3, and the other is left to rotate symmetrically to the left. right at an angle of a '°. Then, the ends of the blades are cut, along with the halves of the cylinders A1 and A2, along a planovertical VP based on the central intersection point P and the left cutting parts, relative to Figure 3, are straightened. Accordingly, the concave inclined inner surface 52 of the upper blade 11 is formed into a concave arc shape along an inner curved surface of an arc of the half cylinder Al, and the inclined inner surface 51 of the lower blade 21 is formed into a shape. convex arc, along an outer curved surface of an arc of the half-cylinder A2, so that the concave inclination 52 of the concave arc-shaped upper blades 11 is in contact with the inclination 51 of the lower blade 21 formed in an arc-shaped manner. convex.
A.Figure 4 is a view for explaining the arc-shaped nail clipper blades according to the present invention. Part A is a side view of the blade body, part B illustrates the convex inclination 51 which is the inner surface of the lower blade 21, part C illustrates the concave inclination 52 which is the interior surface of the upper blade 11, part D is a front view of the blade body shown in part A, and the parts E and F are respectively a plan view and a bottom view of the blade body shown in part A.
As illustrated in Figures 4 through 5B, an upper blade part 11 externally forms a convex surface 55 along a slope internally forming the concave slope 52, and an lower blade part 21 externally forms a concave surface 56 along a slope. thus forming the convex inclination 51. Thus, the convex inclination 51 forming an arcoconvex edge and the concave inclination 52 forming a concave arc edge respectively have the diameters R1 and R2 of the curved surfaces of the half cylinders. Here, the diameters R1 and R2 of the curved surfaces of the half-cylinders must be identical with one another to form an upper concave arched edge 53 and a convex arched edge 54 being fitted to each other as shown in FIG. part D of Figure 4.
In Figure 5A, the concave inclination 52 of the upper blades 11 has the same concept as the inter-half surface of cylinder A, and in Figure 5B, the convex inclination 51 of the lower blade 21 has the same concept as the inner surface of cylinder half A2, in that halves of cylinders A1 and A2 must have the same diameters.
Figure 6Ά illustrates that the end of the upper blades 11 is cut based on the vertical plane VP and is a front view of a section section that is in contact with the vertical plane VP, and Figure 6B illustrates that the end of the lower blade is cut based on the planovertical VP e is a front view of a section section that is in contact with the vertical plane VP. Figure 7A is an interior view of the edge of the upper blade 11 which is completely cut, and Figure 7B is an inter-view of the edge of the lower blade 21 which is completely cut.
Aqui, o cortador de unha éefetivamente e confortavelmente posicionado abaixo de umaunha pela superfície côncava externa 56 da lâmina inferior21.In Figure 8, while the concave arched edge53 of the upper blade 11 and the convex arched edge arc the edge 54 of the lower blade are fitted together, the concave convex edges 53 and 54 are simultaneously fastened. moving the vertical plane VPs closest in the direction of the upper and lower blades 11 and 21 within a grinding range to form the concave and convex shaped edges 53 and 54 which are fitted together. In addition, Figure 8 is a front view of the edges contacting the vertical plane VP.As described above, the convex surface 55 is formed outside the front of the upper blade 11 along the inclination and the concave surface 56 It is formed outside the front of the lower blade 21 along the inclination. Here, the nail clipper is effectively and comfortably positioned below a wedge by the outer concave surface 56 of the lower blade21.
In accordance with the present invention, the internal slopes where the edges are finally formed have the same inclination angle on the upper blade 11 and the lower blade 21 and form the concave slope 52 and the convex slope 51 having the same diameters, and thus constructing the nail clipper. arc-shaped in which the concave arc-shaped edge 53 is exactly in contact with the convex arc-shaped edge 54 in the two two-dimensional vertical planes.
