Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE BIOCOMBUSTìVEL OU óLEO PARA CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO A PARTIR DE RESìDUOS DE DESTILARIA DE ETANOL. A presente invenção trata de um processo para produção de biocombustível, notadamente biodiesel, óleo combustível ou óleo para craqueamento catalítico, tendo como matéria prima o C02 gerado durante a fermentação dos açúcares do mosto, bem como a vinhaça descartada durante a destilação do vinho fermentado em usinas produtoras etanol. O processo segundo a presente invenção é viabilizado pela utilização de biomassa de algas e/ou cianobactérias capazes de acumular lipídios durante seu metabolismo e compreende basicamente as etapas de (i) transferência e estocagem da vinhaça; (ii) preparo da vinhaça; (iii) recuperação e purificação do C02; (iv) cultivo de algas em meio de vinhaça e C02; (v) recuperação da biomassa algal; e (vi) liquefação direta da biomassa algal ou (vi) extração e transesterificação dos lipídios. O processo segundo a presente invenção é, portanto, uma excelente alternativa tecnológica para a produção de biocombustíveis.
