Abstract

SISTEMA DE ACOPLAMENTO MECáNICO. Descreve-se um sistema de acoplamento mecânico, dotado de um primeiro elemento de acoplamento (1) e um segundo elemento de acoplamento (2) As superfícies de contatos entre, o primeiro elemento de acoplamento (1) e o segundo elemento de acoplamento (2), são bem definidas, localizadas estrategicamente para minimizar os esforços no acoplamento e ortogonais ou paralelas entre si. Todos os ângulos formados entre as superfícies de contatos entre o primeiro elemento de acoplamento (1) e o segundo elemento de acoplamento (2) são retos, eliminando forças resultantes que transmitem esforços para um pino de fixação (8), que poderão ocasionar a fratura do citado. O primeiro elemento de acoplamento (1) e o segundo elemento de acoplamento (2) são encaixados através do pino de fixação (8), sendo que o travamento axial do conjunto da trava é feito através da rotação em relação ao eixo axial em 900 (horário/anti-horário) de um segundo elemento (11) e feita através de uma chave especial (20), criando-se uma interferência mecânica, devido à alteração da geometria do conjunto da trava em relação à cavidade do adaptador.MECHANICAL COUPLING SYSTEM.
