Abstract

APARELHO PARA EXERCITAR OS MEMBROS SUPERIORES DE PESSOAS OU PACIENTES COM LIMITAçõES FìSICAS DIVERSAS. O presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de invenção para aparelho para exercitar os membros superiores pertencente ao campo dos equipamentos usados em fisioterapia, terapêuticos, de uso médico e outros, que foi desenvolvido para atender, particularmente obesos e hipertensos, usuários com deficiência fisica, amputados, acidentados, portadores de doenças profissionais, idosos, pessoas sadias, funcionários de empresas (digitadores) e outros que necessitem exercícios fisicos, mas que, devido às suas limitações, têm dificuldade para usar aparelhos comuns de exercício; dito aparelho é compreendido,essencialmente: por unidade para realização de exercícios dos membros superiores (1), sobre a qual atua diretamente a pessoa ou paciente; e por estrutura (20), na qual é montada a unidade (1), adequada à limitação da pessoa ou paciente e que facilita o acesso destes à unidade (1) durante o exercício; dita unidade (1) composta, essencialmente: por um par de manivelas opostas (2) solidárias a um eixo (3) e sobre as quais atua a pessoa ou paciente; por um mecanismo de carga do exercício; por dispositivo de regulagem de torque (6); e por carcaça (7) que aloja e tem montado todo o mecanismo e dotada de parte de suporte (8), que é montada em parte de suporte correspondente da estrutura (20), que recebe a unidade (1).
