Claims (15)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, caracterizado pelo fato de, usando o frutopolissacarídeo em concentração de até 50 g% p/v ou no limite de sua solubilidade a quente, a catálise ser feita através do ácido cítrico ou do ácido fosfórico, diluídos e a quente, em concentração de ácido tal que permita um pH efetivo na faixa entre 1,5 até 4,0, mediante aquecimento na faixa de 50°C a 100°C durante um período de 1 até 90 minutos, com vistas à produção de uma população de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS como produtos dominantes na população açucarada do hidrolisado e com grau de polimerização variando na faixa de 2 a 18.
- 2- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que as polifrutoses utilizadas como substrato de hidrólise são oriundas de bulbos, caules subterrâneos, raízes, rizóforos e tubérculos de dália, chicória, batata yacon, alcachofra de Jerusalém ou quaisquer outras plantas produtoras de inulina das famílias das Asteraceae / Compositae, Liliaceae e Gramineae e ainda levanas bacterianas.
- 3- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o pH preferencial de hidrólise se situa na faixa entre 2,25 e 2,75 e ainda mais preferencialmente em pH 2,5.Petição 870180014461, de 22/02/2018, pág. 4/82/5
- 4- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a faixa preferencial de temperatura de hidrólise se situa na faixa entre 75°C e 95°C.
- 5- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1e 4, em que a temperatura da hidrólise é elevada à temperatura de ebulição da água ou aplicação de vapor ainda mais aquecido, compensando o pH de hidrólise para a faixa menos acídica de 3 a 4 e reduzindo-se o tempo de hidrólise para a faixa entre 1 e 4 minutos.
- 6- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a faixa preferencial de tempo de hidrólise seja entre 5 e 25 minutos.
- 7- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 3, 4, 5 e 6, caracterizado pelo fato de o processo combinar os parâmetros cinéticos preferencialmente para se frutooligossacarídeos na faixa de grau de polimerização entre 2 até 18 ou seja pH 2,5 para a hidrólise cítrica entre 85°C e 95°C durante 5 a 20 minutos.
- 8- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, e 7, caracterizadoPetição 870180014461, de 22/02/2018, pág. 5/83/5 pelo fato de que os hidrolisados cítricos ou fosfóricos, uma vez levada a cabo suas respectivas diluições com água pura e consequente diminuição da acidez, deste modo ou mediante parcial ou total neutralização, sejam empregados diretamente como tal para fins fermentativos ou de consumo humano e animal em produtos de conserva, lácteos, balas e confeitos, bebidas alcoolizadas ou não, alimentos de baixa caloria e dietéticos e ainda outras formulações assemelhadas tais como suplementos alimentícios, alimentos funcionais e insumos odontológicos, sem quaisquer outros pós-tratamentos a não ser aqueles apropriados para sua combinação a outros nutrientes ou ingredientes.
- 9- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 e 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que os hidrolisados cítricos ou fosfóricos são parcialmente neutralizados para a faixa de Ph entre 2,8 e 6,9 ao uso de bases fracas como hidróxidos de amônio, cálcio ou zinco ou bases fortes como hidróxidos de sódio ou potássio antes da incorporação em alimentos, bebidas e pastas dentifrícias ou na destinação para etapas fermentativas subsequentes.
- 10- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 e 8, caracterizado pelo fato de o ácido cítrico ou ácido fosfórico serem previamente eliminados dos hidrolisados mediante percolação ou tratamento com resinas de troca aniônica, antes da aplicação em alimentos e bebidas e ainda em processos fermentativos.Petição 870180014461, de 22/02/2018, pág. 6/84/5
- 11- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 e 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que a hidrólise da inulina e/ou outras polifrutoses assemelhadas é levada a cabo com mistura de ácido cítrico com ácido fosfórico diluídos, a quente e em quaisquer proporções.
- 12- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 e 11, caracterizado pelo fato de que os hidrolisados ácidos cítricos ou fosfóricos, sobretudo aqueles obtidos sob maior severidade de parâmetros cinéticos tais como maior acidez ou temperaturas mais elevadas ou tempos mais longos de hidrólise, são tratados com carvão ativo ou outras fases absorventes para a remoção de co-produtos coloridos e do hidroximetilfurfural.
- 13- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 12, caracterizado pelo fato de que o alvo da aplicação de pós-tratamento com carvão ativo ou outros materiais sólidos ou líquidos absorventes de cor e hidroximetilfurfural são os hidrolisados cítricos ou fosfóricos nos quais haja predominância da frutose em relação ao frutooligossacarídeos.
- 14- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e ainda as reivindicações 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ePetição 870180014461, de 22/02/2018, pág. 7/85/513, caracterizado pela combinação dos frutooligossacarídeos, isentos ou não de frutose, produzidos das hidrólises cítrica ou fosfórica e tidos como prebióticos, a microorganismos probióticos dos gêneros Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus e assemelhados para a formulação de simbióticos destinados à alimentação humana ou animal.
- 15- Processo de hidrólise parcial cítrica ou fosfórica de inulina para obtenção de frutooligossacarídeos - FOS, em analogia à reivindicação 1, mas utilizando a alternativa de hidrólise mediante a catálise através de outros ácidos orgânicos que não o cítrico e/ou fosfórico e cujas acidicidades expressas pelo parâmetro físico-químico de pKa1 se situe entre os valores mínimos e máximos de 2,22 e 4,86.Petição 870180014461, de 22/02/2018, pág. 8/81/8
