Abstract
Tubo termicamente isolado (MAGL) para injeção de vapor em poços de petróleo. A presente invenção contempla um novo tubo isolado para a injeção de vapor em poços de petróleo - geralmente conhecidos pelo termo tubo de injeção de vapor incorporando características que otimizam seu desempenho, praticidade e segurança operacional. O objetivo principal da presente invenção é permitir que o calor gerado nos geradores de energia térmica na superfície chegue na forma de vapor no reservatório através da coluna de injeção de vapor constituída por tubos termicamente isolados de tal forma que a cadeia de parafina seja quebrada e que diminua a viscosidade do óleo no reservatório permitindo e ou melhorando sua prospecção pela coluna de produção. Mais especificamente, o tubo termicamente isolado (1), é constituído por um tubo externo (2) que apresenta dois orificios (3) que permite o preenchimento do espaço anular (8) do tubo termicamente isolado (1) pelo isolamento térmico, O preenchimento de o espaço anular (8) é obtido pelo pré-vácuo através de bombas de vácuo instaladas nos orifícios (3) que permitem a sucção do isolamento térmico. O referido espaço anular (8) é obtido pela centralização concêntrica entre o tubo externo (2) e o tubo interno (4) graças aos anéis centralizadores (7) que são posicionados de forma eqúidistante ao longo do tubo interno (4). Os referidos anéis centralizadores (7) são obtidos pela união de duas meias lua de formato delgado que quando posicionada ao redor do tubo interno (4) são soldadas nas extremidades dando origem assim os anéis centralizadores (7) que tem por finalidade evitar o menor contato possível entre o tubo externo (2) e tubo interno (4) minimizando assim a transferência de calor durante a injeção de vapor alem de permitir um melhor suporte em ralação a flambagem do tubo interno (4). Nas extremidades do tubo interno (4) temos os up sets (6) que são características de alguns tubos da norma API e que juntamente com os anéis de selagem (5) posicionados nos up sets permitem a união entre o tubo interno (4) e o tubo externo (2) através do processo de soldagem, dando origem assim a um corpo único que quando ao término do processo resultará no tubo termicamente isolado (1).Thermally insulated tube (MAGL) for steam injection in oil wells. The present invention contemplates a new insulated tube for steam injection in oil wells - generally known by the term steam injection tube incorporating features that optimize its performance, practicality and operational safety. The main object of the present invention is to allow the heat generated on the surface thermal energy generators to arrive as vapor in the reservoir through the steam injection column made of thermally insulated tubes such that the paraffin chain is broken and that decrease the viscosity of the oil in the reservoir by allowing and or improving its prospecting through the production column. More specifically, the thermally insulated tube (1) consists of an outer tube (2) which has two holes (3) which allow the annular space (8) of the thermally insulated tube (1) to be filled by thermal insulation. The annular space (8) is obtained by pre-vacuuming through vacuum pumps installed in the holes (3) that allow the suction of the thermal insulation. Said annular space (8) is obtained by concentric centering between the outer tube (2) and the inner tube (4) thanks to the centering rings (7) which are positioned equidistantly along the inner tube (4). Said centering rings (7) are obtained by joining two slender half-moon which when positioned around the inner tube (4) are welded at the ends thus giving rise to the centering rings (7) which aims to avoid the slightest contact. between the outer tube (2) and inner tube (4) thus minimizing heat transfer during steam injection and allows better support for buckling the inner tube (4). At the ends of the inner tube (4) we have the up sets (6) which are characteristic of some API standard tubes and which together with the sealing rings (5) positioned on the up sets allow the union between the inner tube (4) and the outer tube (2) through the welding process, thus giving rise to a single body which at the end of the process will result in the thermally insulated tube (1).
