The present invention is a constructive arrangement which gives rise to a leg support with adaptable wheelchair and fixed chair fastening systems made of metallic material. This leg support consists essentially of a metal construction with a channel-shaped plate capable of supporting the thigh and calf in a horizontal or angled position, supported vertically by a telescopic base (weld clamp), with an adjustable system of height and positioning, which fits the wheelchair footrest, and a horizontal base (weld fixation), with height adjustment and positioning system, which fits in a wheelchair and fixed chair, which does not contain footrest. Whether with wheelchair support or fixed chair, both have the function of maintaining the patient's leg (right or left) in horizontal or angled position, providing safety and comfort for the restoration of the patient patient. Wheelchair and fixed chair types are available in the national market, developed for patients with chronic deficiencies or those who are undergoing recovery period, whether postoperative or not. These chairs are essentially designed to make life easier for patients, relatives, professionals and medical-hospital entities, in other words, to provide mobility above all, making restoration more humane. The big problem is invariably the high cost. It is not always possible for the patient or the medical entity to purchase chairs with all the features of comfort and practicality, which in most cases make the treatment of the patient unfeasible and difficult, which is subjected to uncomfortable situations, which absolutely need to be done. sacrifice or compromise proper restoration. In order to overcome these difficulties, a cradle support has been developed with wheelchair or fixed chair adaptable fastening systems, which in the state of the art is totally innovative as it consists essentially of a metal construction with a steel plate. channel shape, capable of holding thigh and calf in horizontal or angled position, supported (by welding) on a vertically-positioned basel-telescopic, height-adjustable system that fits in the wheelchair footrest (already available on the market) ), and a horizontal base, with height adjustment and positioning system, which fits in a wheelchair or fixed chair (already available on the market) that do not contain footrest. The support, whether supported by basevertical or horizontal, has no bearing on the physical construction and operability of commercially available chair models, serving only as an optional accessory that fits the user's physical and financial needs, providing the opportunity for a more humane restoration. it's adequate. Being easy to clean, it can be washed and sanitized with non-corrosive products, meeting the sanitary standards. At the convenience and need of the patient or user-hospital unit, the leg support channel will be lined with injected foam, covered with rubberized and impermeable material, to provide greater comfort, and can be made in two optional sizes, for adults. and another to cater for children.
