COMPOSIçãO E PROCESSO PARA OBTENçAO DE MASSA PARA EXTRUSãO E COBERTURA DE PERFIS. Idealizada a fim de obter um compósito que aliado a extrusão por compressão, proporcione com praticidade e agilidade a obtenção de uma perfeita cobertura de perfis em madeira ou material similar, além de reduzir tempo de mão-de-obra e custo, caracterizada por ser constituída por resina vinílica de dispersão em água(de 20 a 30%), carbonato de cálcio(de 65 a 75%) e pasta de tonificação(de O a 5%), cuja mistura destes materiais ou de materiais substitutivos deverá ser efetuada em baixa velocidade de agitaçáo(máximo 500 rpm) para que a temperatura não se exceda a 500C e no máximo leve o tempo de 45 minutas homogeneizando o produto, sendo todo este compósito, ora preparado, utilizado junto a uma máquina extrusora sobre compressão, de modo a fazer com que esta massa obtida penetre em todos os poros e imperfeições dos perfis de madeira ou material similar, visando encobrir tais imperfeições com um número reduzido de passadas e distribuí-lo por toda superfície, concedendo ao mesmo a perfeição e um esmerado acabamento mais resistente.MAKEUP COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR EXTRUDING AND PROFILING COVER.
