Abstract

MÉTODO PARA DETECTAR O EQUIPAMENTO DE USUÁRIO PRESO EM UM CANAL DEDICADO Enquanto engajado em um canal dedicado, o Equipamento do Usuário poderá ficar preso nele. O método e o produto de programa de computador detectam se o UE está preso no canal dedicado (202). Quando é detectado que o UE está preso, o UE ou a rede correspondente em que o canal dedicado está localizado realiza uma liberação local do UE do canal dedicado (204), e o UE é colocado no modo desocupado (206). A liberação localmente do UE do canal dedicado diminui o consumo desnecessário da bateria no UE e limita o desperdício de recursos da rede e de largura de banda.
