Abstract

USO DE TIOPEPTOLìDEOS PARA DETERMINAR A ATIVIDADE DE PROTEASES ADAM-TS. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de tiopeptolídeos da fórmula R-(Xaa)2 n2-Pro-X-GIy-S-Y-Z-GIy-(Xaa)2 m2-R2 12 (1) como substrato para determinar a atividade de proteases ADAMTS, e um método para encontrar um modulador de protease ADAMTS, mais particularmente, um inibidor.
