Abstract
MéTODO DE RESTAURAçãO DE UM VETOR DE MOVIMENTO, E APARELHO PARA RESTAURAçãO DE UM VETOR DE MOVIMENTO. Trata-se de um método para compressão de um vetor de movimento ("Motion Vector"- MV) de um primeiro macrobloco quando a região de uma primeira camada inferior correspondente ao primeiro macro-bioco de um quadro de camada atual não possui um MV. O método inclui a interpolação do MV de um segundo macrobloco ao qual a região pertence, com base no MV de pelo menos um macrobloco vizinho, e previsão do MV do primeiro macrobloco utilizando o MV interpolado.
