Abstract

SONDA PARA MEDIR A ESPESSURA DE ACUMULO DE GELO SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE E DISPOSITIVO TORNANDO POSSìVEL DETERMINAR A ESPESSURA DE UM ACUMULO DE GELO SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE. A invenção relaciona-se com uma sonda para medir a espessura de acúmulo de gelo sobre uma superfície. De acordo com a invenção, a sonda compreende uma pluralidade de estágios de medição (El a En) que são empilhados pelo menos substancialmente ortogonalmente à base (2) da sonda e cada estágio de medição compreende pelo menos um emissor o qual pode emitir um feixe de luz que é pelo menos substancialmente paralelo à citada base e pelo menos um receptor que pode receber o citado feixe de luz após reflexão no gelo.
