Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS MULTICAMADAS E SUBSTRATO REVESTIDO. Processo para a produção de revestimentos multicamadas, que compreende as seguintes etapas: 1) aplicação de uma camada de revestimento de base com espessura de 10 a 35 pm a um substrato fornecido com primer EDC, 2) aplicação de uma camada de revestimento transparente sobre a camada de revestimento de base, 3) cura comum das camadas de revestimento de base e de revestimento transparente, em que a camada de revestimento de base é aplicada em uma primeira camada e em uma segunda camada; a primeira camada compreende um revestimento de base contendo água modificado produzido por mistura de um revestimento de base contendo água não modificado com um componente de mistura pigmentado e a segunda camada compreende o revestimento de base contendo água não modificado, em que o componente de mistura contém um ou mais aglutinantes A, possui uma razão em peso de teor de pigmento para teor de sólidos de resina de 0,05:1 a 1:1 e é misturado dentro do revestimento de base contendo água não modificado em uma razão em peso de 0,1 a 1 parte de aglutinante(s) A para 1 parte de sólidos de resina do revestimento de base contendo água não modificado, em que o teor de pigmento do componente de mistura compreende pelo menos um pigmento que reduz efetivamente a transmissão UV e em que o teor de pigmento é tal que a luz UV pode penetrar através da camada de revestimento de base formada a partir de revestimento de base contendo água modificado e revestimento de base contendo água não modificado somente de acordo com uma transmissão UV de menos de 0,1% no intervalo de comprimento de onda de 280 a 380 nm e de menos de 0,5% no intervalo de comprimento de onda de 380 a 400 nm.
