Abstract
PANELA EM FERRO FUNDIDO COM TAMPA TRANSPARENTE A presente patente de invenção corresponde à forma construtiva atribuida a panelas com o uso de tampas transparentes e fabricas em ferro fundido. Seu emprego ocorre em cozinhas domésticas, industriais, restaurantes, etc. Existe diversos modelos de panelas disponíveis no mercado para aplicações gerais, usando de formas construtivas e materiais dos mais variados, inclusive alguns modelos em alumínio, aço inoxidável ou vidro temperado que possuem tampas metálicas, ou transparentes em vidro temperado. Também são fabricadas panelas em ferro fundido geralmente mais rústicas , com característcas melhores para o preparo de alimentos, porém, utilizando estritamente tampas metálicas em sua construção. A inovação consiste em fabricar o corpo da panela em ferro fundido (1), empregando-se tampas transparentes em vidro refratário (5), unindo assim as características peculiares e desejáveis das tradicionais panelas de ferro, à modernidade e os benéficios práticos e estéticos das tampas de vidro que proporcionam: aparência diferenciada, permitem visualizar os alimentos durante o preparo e quando servidos, tomando-se mais cómoda e prática a sua utilização, bem como reduzindo o risco de queimadura do usuário em aberturas sucessivas para acompanhamento, e as possibilidades de perder o "ponto" de preparo dos alimentos.TRANSPARENT COVERED CAST IRON COOKER The present invention corresponds to the constructive form attributed to cookware with the use of transparent and manufactured cast iron covers. Its use occurs in domestic kitchens, industrial, restaurants, etc. There are several models of cookware available in the market for general applications, using constructive forms and materials of the most varied, including some models in aluminum, stainless steel or tempered glass that have metallic lids, or transparent tempered glass. Generally more rustic cast iron pans are also manufactured, with better characteristics for food preparation, but strictly using metal lids in their construction.
