Abstract
SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO PARA DATA CENTER E CONGêNERE, se aplica a todo e qualquer data center (D), sendo destinado ao resfriamento adequado dos rack's (1) servidores de forma pontual, destacando-se o presente sistema por utilizar equipamentos de refrigeração (3) externos redundantes, de menor potência que os convencionais, sendo um equipamento (3A) para refrigeração ambiente, acima do piso (4) elevado e um segundo equipamento (3B) para refrigeração pontual (P) dos rack's (1) servidores, sendo o ar encaminhado por um duto principal (5) e distribuído de forma modular (M) na porção inferior de dito rack (1), auxiliado por uma turbina (6) de grande vazão e ventiladores (7) e turbinas (8) localizados respectivamente na porta posterior (9) e anterior (10) de maneira a otimizar a troca de calor entre o ar quente do interior do rack (1) servidor e o ar frio do equipamento de refrigeração (3) em que o ar quente é extravasado pelo retomo (R) do ar condicionado na saída (S) superior. Outra vantagem do sistema inventado é que mesmo sem fornecimento de ar sob o piso (4) elevado as turbinas (8) existentes na porta frontal (10), auxiliadas pelos ventiladores (7) da porta oposta, mantém a temperatura interna do rack (1) pela recirculação do ar ambiente, facilitada pelo perfil (11) cóncavo interno da porta frontal (10).DATA CENTER AND RELATED COOLING SYSTEM, applies to any and all data centers (D), and is intended for adequate cooling of the rack (1) servers in a timely manner, highlighting the present system for using cooling equipment (3) redundant external devices, lower than the conventional ones, being one equipment (3A) for ambient cooling, above the floor (4) and a second equipment (3B) for point cooling (P) of the rack (1) servers, being the air routed by a main duct (5) and modularly distributed (M) in the lower portion of said rack (1), aided by a large flow turbine (6) and fans (7) and turbines (8) located respectively in the door rear (9) and front (10) to optimize heat exchange between hot air from inside the server rack (1) and cold air from cooling equipment (3) where hot air is vented from the back ( R) of the air conditioner in the outlet (S) worst. Another advantage of the invented system is that even without raised floor air (4) the turbines (8) in the front door (10), assisted by the fans (7) of the opposite door, maintain the internal temperature of the rack (1). ) by recirculation of ambient air, facilitated by the inner concave profile (11) of the front door (10).
