Abstract
"MéTODO DE REPARAR UMA Pá DE UM DISCO MUNIDO DE PáS DE PEçA úNICA DE UMA TURBOMáQUINA, E, ELEMENTO DE CORPO DE PROVA DE PARTIDA, DE CORPO DE PROVA TERMINAL OU DE CORPO DE PROVA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO". Para reparar a pá (2), um remendo é soldado por um feixe de elétrons. O método se inicia usinando a zona danificada de modo a obter uma zona (10) a ser reparada dotada de um perfil definido, soldado a um primeiro elemento de corpo de prova correspondente à pá (2), dotado do dito perfil definido existe um segundo elemento de corpo de prova, correspondente ao remendo, de maneira a obter um corpo de prova de partida, a qualidade deste corpo de prova é verificada e, se corresponde aos critérios de aceitação de reparo, o remendo é soldado sobre a zona (10) a ser reparada usando a mesma máquina de soldagem por feixe de elétrons sem alterar os seus parâmetros operacionais e a zona reparada é re-elaborada por usinagem.
