Abstract
APARELHO PARA E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DE CONCRETO E TRANSFERêNCIA DE CARGAS ENTRE LAJES DE CONCRETO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para formação de concreto que inclui uma fórma tendo uma fenda configurada para receber firmemente uma placa. A fenda é definida por uma ou mais superfícies anulares tendo eixos centrais perpendiculares a uma direção na qual a fenda recebe a placa. Um método para formação da mesma inclui prover uma lâmina de material de fórma; dispor uma camada de liberação na lâmina; cortara lâmina em uma pluralidade de fórmas tendo uma altura de fórma predeterminada e cortar uma fenda em cada uma de cada da pluralidade de fórmas. Um outro aparelho para formação de concreto inclui uma placa tendo uma primeira porção e uma segunda porção. Um revestimento de elastómero é disposto na primeira porção. A placa permanece no concreto curado.APPLIANCE FOR AND CONCRETE FORMATION AND LOAD TRANSFER METHODS. The present invention relates to a concrete forming apparatus including a formwork having a slot configured to firmly receive a plate. The slot is defined by one or more annular surfaces having central axes perpendicular to a direction in which the slot receives the plate. One method of forming it includes providing a sheet of form material; arrange a release layer on the blade; cut the blade into a plurality of formwork having a predetermined formwork height and cut a slot in each of the plurality of formwork. Another apparatus for forming concrete includes a plate having a first portion and a second portion. An elastomeric coating is disposed on the first portion. When arranged in a joint defined by a first concrete volume and a second concrete volume, the first concrete volume adheres only to the elastomer coating and the second concrete volume adheres to the second portion only. A method for forming concrete includes providing a plate having a first coated portion and a second portion; providing a form having a slot configured to securely receive the second portion; inserting the second portion into the slot; position the formwork to receive the concrete; pour a volume of concrete into the formwork and first portion; cure the volume of concrete and set the cured concrete and remove the formwork from the cured concrete. The plate remains in the cured concrete.
