AGONISTAS DE RECEPTORES Y4 SELETIVOS PARA INTERVENçõES TERAPêUTICAS. Peptídeo agonista de Y4 receptor selecionado entre o grupo consistindo de: [Ala3O]PP~ 2-36~, [Thr3O] PP~ 2-36~, Asn3O]PP~ 2-36~, [GIn3O]PP~ 2-36~, [Glul O]PP~ 2-36~, [Glu10, Leu17,Thr30]PP~ 2-36~, [Nle17,Nle3O]PP~ 2-36~, [GIu10,NIe17,NIe3O]PP~ 2-36~, seus PP~ 1-36~ equivalentes, e análogos e derivados dos mesmos conforme descrito na especificação, são agonistas seletivos do Y4 receptor em relação aos Y1 e Y2 receptores, e são úteis no tratamento, por exemplo, de obesidade e sobrepeso, e condições nas quais estes são considerados fatores contribuintes, e no tratamento da diarréia e de hipersecreção intestinal.
