PROCESSO E INSTALAÇçO DE PRODUÇçO SIMULTÂNEA DE GÁS NATURAL TRATADO, DE UM CORTE RICO EM HIDROCARBONETOS C~ 3~ ^ +^ E, EM PELO MENOS CERTAS CONDIÇÕES DE PRODUÇçO, DE UMA CORRENTE RICA EM ETANO, A PARTIR DE UM GÁS NATURAL DE PARTIDA. Esse processo compreende o resfriamento do gás natural de partida (13) e sua introdução em uma coluna (35) de recuperação dos hidrocarbonetos C~ 2~ ^ +^. Ele compreende a recuperação da corrente de topo (131) da coluna (35) para formar o gás natural tratado (15), e a recuperação da corrente de fundo (17 1) da coluna (35) para sua introdução a um nível de alimentação (P 1) de uma coluna de fracionamento (61) munida de um condensador de topo (63). A coluna (61) produz no fundo o dito corte de hidrocarbonetos C~ 3~ ^ +^ (17). O processo compreende a recuperação da corrente rica em etano (19) a partir de um nível intermediário (P2) da coluna (61), situado acima do dito nível de alimentação (P 1) e a produção de uma corrente de refluxo secundária (191) a partir do dito condensador de topo (63) introduzida em refluxo no topo da coluna de recuperação (35).
