Abstract
DERIVADOS DE ARILPIPERAZINA E USO DOS MESMOS COMO LIGANTES DE RECEPTOR 5-HT1 A. A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de arilpiperazina substituidos com atividade como ligantes do subtipo de receptor 5- hidroxitriptamina 1A (5-HTIA), seus isômeros estereoquímicos, os métodos de sua preparação, e o seu uso e as composições farmacêuticas que os contêm, para o tratamento de doença de Parkinson, dano cerebral por icto tromboembólico, traumatismos cranioencefálicos, depressão, enxaqueca, dor, psicose, distúrbios de ansiedade, distúrbios agressivos ou distúrbios do trato urinário.
