MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO DE UMA REAçãO ENZIMáTICA E UM VìRUS RECOMBINANTE, USO DO MéTODO, VìRUS RECOMBINANTE OU FRAGMENTO DO MESMO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLURALIDADE DE ENZIMAS OU FRAGMENTOS FUNCIONAIS, VARIANTES OU DERIVADOS DA MESMA, E, ENZIMA OU FRAGMENTO FUNCIONAL, VARIANTE OU DERIVADO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de um vírus, especificamente um bacteriófago de exibição, apresentando uma enzima exógena funcional ou fragmentos funcionais, variantes ou derivados da mesma, em processos de fermentação industrial usando a enzima. A presente invenção também se refere a vírus, especificamente bacteriófagos de exibição, apresentando duas ou mais enzimas exógenas ou fragmentos funcionais, variantes ou derivados das mesmas e seu uso em processos de fermentação industrial usando as enzimas. Em uma forma de realização preferida, o fago de exibição apresenta cópias funcionais de alfa-amilase e xilanase e é usado para remover a tinta de refugo misturado de escritórios.METHODS TO PRODUCE AN ENZYMATIC REACTION PRODUCT AND A RECOMBINING VIRUS, USE OF THE METHOD, RECOMBINANT VIRUS OR FRAGMENT OF THE SAME, A CELL FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A FURNITURE OR ENGENIAL DIFFUSION, FEMALE OR ENZEMA DURATION FUNCTIONAL, VARIANT OR DERIVATIVE THEREOF. The present invention relates to the use of a virus, specifically a display bacteriophage, having a functional exogenous enzyme or functional fragments, variants or derivatives thereof, in industrial fermentation processes using the enzyme. The present invention also relates to viruses, specifically display bacteriophages, having two or more exogenous enzymes or functional fragments, variants or derivatives thereof and their use in industrial fermentation processes using the enzymes. In a preferred embodiment, the display phage displays functional copies of alpha-amylase and xylanase and is used to remove mixed waste ink from offices.
