Abstract
LANçA PARA INJETAR GáS EM UM VASO, APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR METAL FERROSO A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL DE ALIMENTAçãO FERROSO, MéTODOS PARA INSTALAR E PARA REMOVER UMA LANçA PARA INJETAR GáS EM UM VASO METALúRGICO. Uma lança de injeção de gás quente (26) para injetar gás quente em um vaso (11) é feita de três módulos (26<a>, 26B e 26C) que são todos fabricados separadamente e reunidos em etapas sucessivas e conectados em conjunto por prendedores soltáveis. O módulo de lança (26A) é um módulo de conduto principal que proporciona um conduto alongado (31) através do qual se encaminha gás quente para uma região superior do vaso. O módulo de lança (26B) é um módulo de entrada de gás através do qual se encaminha gás quente para dentro do conduto (31) do módulo (26A). O módulo de lança (26C) é um módulo central que inclui uma estrutura tubular central alongada (33) que se estende dentro do conduto de fluxo de gás (31) e carrega na sua extremidade inferior uma série de estruturas tubulares transmissoras de redemoinhos (33) que se estende dentro do conduto de fluxo de gás (31) e carrega na sua extremidade inferior uma série de aletas transmissoras de redemoinho (34) para transmitirem redemoinho ao fluxo de gás que sai do conduto.
