Abstract

APARELHO DE CODIFICAçãO ESCALáVEL, APARELHO DE DECODIFICAçãO ESCALáVEL, MéTODO DE CODIFICAçãO ESCALáVEL MéTODO DE DECODIFICAçãO ESCALáVEL, APARELHO DE TERMINAL DE COMUNICAçãO, E APARELHO DE ESTAçãO DE BASE. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelha de codificação escalável, um aparelho de decodificação escalável, e similares os quais podem conseguir uma codificação de LSP escalável de banda que exibe tanto uma alta eficiência de quantização quanto um alto desempenho. Nestes aparelhos, uma parte de conversão de banda estreita para banda larga (200) recebe e converte um LSP de banda estreita quantizado para uma banda larga, e então emite o LSP de banda estreita quantizado como convertido (isto é, um parâmetro de LSP de banda larga convertido) para uma parte de conversão de LSP para LPC (800).
