DISPOSITIVO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE UM MEIO GASOSO COM PLASMA E MéTODO DE PROTEGER DE TAL DISPOSITIVO CONTRA INFLAMAçãO E/OU EXPLOSãO A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de geração de plasma (1) com proteção contra inflamação e explosão para o tratamento de ar, onde o plasma é encerrado pelo menos parcialmente por uma tela de arame, a tela de arame sendo dimensionada de modo a impedir que uma chama escape do alojamento. A invenção é especialmente útil para satisfazer as exigências de segurança e proteção para fins de aviação, especialmente aeronaves civis.
