Abstract

SISTEMA DE ANáLISE DE FLUIDO CORPORAL POR NãO-PRECIPITAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um analisador de fluido corporal que inclui uma tira de teste seca impregnada com um reagente para proporcionar uma reação de não-precipitação para excluir os analitos não-desejados. O reagente forma complexos com os analitos não-desejados de modo que os mesmos permaneçam na solução mas não passam participar na reação de teste. As células sangüíneas vermelhas são removidas da área de detecção ao se reduzir o seu movimento vertical e interromper o fluxo quando a membrana de detecção estiver saturada.
