Abstract

MéTODO E COMPOSIçãO PARA INIBIR CORROSãO E BIOINCRUSTAçãO DE SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS EM CONTATO COM UM FLUIDO ENCONTRADO EM OPERAçõES COM PETRóLEO. Sais de amónio bis-quaternário de fórmula (I), em que Y é um grupo de fórmula NR~ 11~R~ 12 ~<sym> ou NR~ 7~; n é 0 ou 1; p é 1 ou 2; r e q são independentemente 2, 3 ou 4; x é um contra-íon aniónico e R~ 1~R~ 2~R~ 3~N- e R~ 4~R~ 5~R~ 6~N- são independentemente selecionados dentre os grupos de fórmula -N(R~ 13~)~ 2~R~ 8~, N(R~ 14~)~ 3~,-N(R~ 13~)~ 3~, -N(R~ 13~)~ 2~(CH~ 2~)~ q~OC(O)R~ 9~, e fórmula (a), em que R~ 7~, R~ 11~ e R~ 12~ são independentemente selecionados dentre C~ 1~-C~ 18~ alquila; R~ 8~, R~ 9~, R~ 10~ e R~ 15~ são independentemente selecionados dentre C~ 8~-C~ 18~ alquila e C~ 8~-C~ 18~ alquenila; R~ 13~ é C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila; R~ 14~ é C~ 2~-C~ 4~ hidroxialquila; e R~ 11~ é selecionado dentre C~ 2~-C~ 4~ hidroxialquila, C~ 2~-C~ 4~ aminoalquila e grupos de fórmula -(CH~ 2~)~ r~NHC(O)R~ 15~ são inibidores efetivos de corrosão e bioincrustação de superfícies metálicas em contato com fluidos de campos de gás e óleo.
