Abstract

Dispositivo de selagem e de corte transversal para sistemas de embalagem de produto a granel onde um dispositivo para selar e cortar filme em sistemas de embalagem para produto a granel, compreendendo eixos de rotação transversais, sincronizados um com o outro, aos quais está engastado um par de tenazes, compreende meios de selagem e de corte; ditas tenazes estando conectadas a mecanismos compreendendo pratos de pré - estiramento inferiores e pratos de pré - estiramento superiores, em posições pré - definidas por molas, que reagem a um conjunto de órbitas quase circulares que põe as duas tenazes em contato uma em frente da outra de modo que as superiores mantém o produto a granel afastado e as inferiores conduzem um pré-estiramento do filme, e de modo a preparar o filme para selagem e corte sem qualquer interposição do produto a granel - fig. 7.
