Abstract

COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA PARA O TRATAMENTO DE FRATURAS óSSEAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para o tratamento de fratura ássea contendo N-hidróxi-4-{5-¢4-(5-isopropil-2-metil-1,3- tiazol-4-il)fenóxi!pentóxi}-benzamidina, 4-{5¢4-(5-isopropil-2-metil-1,3-tiazol-4-il)fenóxi!pentóxi}-benzamidina ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis como um ingrediente medicinalmente efetivo. A composição da presente invenção pode reduzir significativamente o volume de calo ósseo, aumentar a densidade óssea e a resistência do calo ósseo e diminuir os teores de tecido conectivo e tecido de cartilagem no calo ósseo formado durante o processo de cura da fratura. Portanto, a composição da presente invenção é útil para o tratamento da fratura óssea.
