Abstract
DETECTANDO PREENCHIMENTO INCOMPLETO DE BIOSENSORES Um método de detectar preenchimento incompleto de um biosensor eletromecânico através coletar uma série de valores de corrente elétrica quando um potencial elétrico constante é aplicado através dos contra-eletrodos e eletrodos de trabalho durante um período de oxidação preliminar. A inclinação de uma linha determinada por regressão linear baseada na série de valores de corrente é usada para determinar se ou não o biosensor é incompletamente preenchido. Se alinha tem uma inclinação positiva, o biosensor é relatado como estando com preenchimento incompleto. Se a inclinação é não positiva, o coeficiente de correlação dos valores de corrente é usado como um teste suplementar para indicar se ou não o biosensor é incompletamente preenchido.
