Abstract

CONTORNO DE APERTO DE BASE PROFUNDA PARA MOLAS PNEUMáTICAS DE FOLE DE ROLAMENTO TUBULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a uma mola pneumática de fole de rolamento tubular (2) a, pelo menos uma, seção final (4a, 4b) do fole de rolamento tubular (4) que deve ser fixada por meio de um anel de aperto (6) em uma parte de fixação (tampa da mola pneumática 8, e/ou êmbolo de rolamento 10), de forma confiável, com fecho devido à forma, à prova de tração e à prova de pressão. A parte de conexão (8, 10) apresenta uma ranhura de fixação (12) com as seguintes características: (a) a ranhura (12) tem uma seção transversal em forma de tronco de cone, (b) sendo que, a base (14) da ranhura (12) é cilíndrica e (c) pelo menos, um dos flancos (16a, 16b) da ranhura (12) é executado cónico em linha reta, com um ângulo de abertura (<244>); (d) em relação à altura (H~ s~) do anel de aperto (6) a altura (H~ N~) da superfície de base (14) da ranhura (12) está na faixa de -15% até +15%, isto é, 0,85 <243> H~ N~/H~ S~ <243> 1,15; (e) a superfície interna (6a) do anel de aperto (6) passa paralela à superfície de base (14) da ranhura (12) que se encontra na parte de conexão (8, 10); (f) no estado tensionado, o raio interno do anel de aperto (6) é menor/ igual, pelo menos, a um dos raios dos cantos superiores da ranhura; (g) na área entre a superfície de base da ranhura (12) e o lado interno (6a) do anel de aperto (6). o fole de rolamento tubular (4) não é comprimido; (h) o anel de aperto (6) forma com, pelo menos, um flanco da ranhura (16a e/ou 16b) uma passagem estreita que aperta a parede do fole da seção final (4a e/ou 4b). Uma vez que o aperto de base profunda de acordo com a invenção de foles de rolamento tubular pode ser bem carregado e é extremamente confiável, ele pode ser empregado, de preferência, para veículos utilitários (veículos automotores de carga e ónibus).
