Abstract

SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA CARREGAR CONTEúDO EM UM SISTEMA DE ENTRETENIMENTO DE BORDO é mostrado um sistema de entretenimento de bordo, no qual os servidores de conteúdo digital são interconectados com servidores de rede de forma que os servidores de conteúdo possam se comunicar uns com os outros e com um carregador de dados portátil. O carregador armazena arquivos de conteúdo digital que devem ser copiados para os servidores de conteúdo. Um script copiado para cada servidor de conteúdo é executado pelo servidor para fazer o download de alguns dos arquivos do carregador de dados portátil e carregar outros arquivos a partir de outros servidores de conteúdo. Como alternativa, uma lista de inventário de conteúdo é copiada para cada servidor de conteúdo que indica qual servidor de conteúdo deve fazer o download de cada arquivo de conteúdo e quais servidores de conteúdo devem receber o arquivo de conteúdo. Cada servidor de conteúdo verifica a lista para identificar os arquivos dos quais deve fazer o download, solicitar o download desses arquivos, identificar outros arquivos que deve ter e solicitar o carregamento desses arquivos de outros servidores de conteúdo.
