Abstract

SISTEMA DE PERFUSãO E APARELHO PARA REGISTROS DE ELETROFISIOLOGIA AUTOMATIZADOS DE MULTICANAL UTILIZANDO CONFIGURAçãO DE CéLULA INTEGRAL áS AVESSAS. Esta invenção refere-se a um sistema e método para medições de eletrofisiologiade alto rendimento para estudar o efeito de diversos produtos químicos sobre os canais de transferência de tons. Uma ou mais configurações de eletrofisiologiasão estabelecidas, cada uma compreendendo uma célula vedada uma pipeta. As pipetas são afixadas a um acessório de pipeta. O acessório de pipeta e a placa compreendendo uma ou mais cavidades são movidos relativamente de modo que cada célula esteja dentro de uma cavidade. Propriedades elétricas das células são medidas.
