Abstract
LAVADOR DE GáS DE ALTA PRESSãO PARA A DESSULFURIZAçãO DE GáS DE FORNO DE COQUE. Lavadores de gás de alta pressão para a eliminação de hidrogênio sulfurado de um gás contendo hidrogênio sulfurado, como por exemplo gás de forno de coque, consistem, no essencial, em um recipiente cilíndrico (1) que apresenta no mínimo um trecho de reação (2), sendo que a cada trecho de reação (2) uma solução de hidróxido de sódio, servindo de detergente, em concentração variável, na contra-corrente em relação ao gás contendo hidrogênio sulfurado que é fornecido por baixo através de pisos de extração de chaminé (3), é introduzida lateralmente e é pulverizada por cima, e o gás limpo é descarregado através de uma câmara de exaustão na parte superior do recipiente (1) e o detergente enriquecido é removido através dos pisos de extração de chaminé (3), e sendo que abaixo do piso mais inferior de extração de chaminé (3) e entre os elementos de pulverização e um piso de extração de chaminé (3) são previstas placas de metal distendido levemente umedecíveis. Para melhorar a distribuição antes e depois da passagem pelo piso, o piso de extração de chaminé (3) fica fixado de modo destacável em um anel de aço plano (5) soldado com a parede do recipiente (4) e é provido de um declive, e as chaminés (6) que garantem uma menor perda de pressão devido a uma seção transversal maior apresentam uma altura que sobressai de um escoamento de segurança (14) disposto acima do piso de extração de chaminé (3).
