Abstract

TENDãO ESCALONADO COM ANTEPARAS VEDADAS PARA PLATAFORMA OFFSHORE Uma plataforma de pernas atirantadas é presa ao leito do mar com uma pluralidade de tendões, cada um dos tendões estando em tensão devido à flutuabilidade da plataforma. Os tendões são feitos de juntas de tubo presas em conjunto para definir um interior oco vedado contra a entrada de água do mar. Uma seção interior das juntas de tubo de cada um dos tendões possui diâmetros interno e externo menores e espessuras de parede maiores do que uma seção superior das juntas de tubo. As anteparas são vedadas dentro do interior das seções superior e inferior das juntas de tubo de cada um dos tendões. As anteparas são espaçadas umas das outras ao longo dos comprimentos das seções superior e inferior das juntas de tubo para definir compartimentos separados vedados um do outro.
