Abstract

SUPORTE CATALìTICO CONFORMADO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM SUPORTE CATALìTICO, COMPOSIçãO CATALìTICA, PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO CATALìTICA E DE HIDROCRAQUEAMENTO, E, USO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO CATALìTICA A invenção apresenta um suporte catalítico conformado que é um óxido refratário inorgânico tendo uma distribuição de volume de poros de mercúrio monomodal onde pelo menos 50% do volume total de poros está presente em poros tendo um diâmetro de poro de faixa de 4 a 5 nm, um catalisador incorporando o referido suporte e tendo um alto teor de metais. O catalisador encontra o uso em cargas de alimentação de refinaria em hidrocraqueamento.CATALYTIC SUPPORT CONFORMED, PROCESS FOR PREPARING A CATALYTIC SUPPORT, CATALYTIC COMPOSITION, PROCESSES FOR PREPARING A CATALYTIC COMPOSITION AND HYDROCRACKING, AND USING A CATALYTIC COMPOSITION WITH A CURRENTLY ORGANIC SUPPORT pore volume distribution of monomodal mercury where at least 50% of the total pore volume is present in pores having a band pore diameter of 4 to 5 nm, a catalyst incorporating said support and having a high metal content. The catalyst finds use in hydrocracking refinery feed loads.
