Abstract
PARAFUSO AUTO-ROSCANTE. A invenção refere-se a um parafuso (1) com um encabadouro roscado(2) com uma aplicação de força (4) para a transmissão de um binário e uma ponta de parafuso (6). O encabadouro roscado (2) é composto por um núcleo (10) e uma rosca (12) de corte automático. A rosca (12) é formada por uma saliência helicoidal que decorre ao longo do núcleo (10), delimitada por dois flancos (15, 16) convergentes em uma aresta de rosca (14) exterior com uma altura (H) medida a partir do núcleo (10) até a aresta de rosca (14). A rosca (12) apresenta visto em perfil na aresta de rosca (14) um determinado ângulo de ponta (<244>) formado entre os flancos (15, 16) contíguos. Pelo menos um dos dois flancos (15, 16) da rosca (12) na zona entre o núcleo (10) e aresta de rosca (14) visto no perfil radial é formado de tal modo cóncavo que o ângulo de ponta (<244>) é menor do o ângulo de flanco (<sym>) inscrito entre retas de flancos (FG) imaginárias determinadas respectivamente por um ponto base de rosca (GF) e uma aresta de rosca (14).
