SISTEMA REMOTO DE MONITORAMENTO, DETECçãO E TRANSMISSãO DE EVENTOS DE FALHAS EM EQUIPAMENTOS DE REFRIGERAçãO, MéTODO DE MONITORAMENTO, DETECçãO E TRANSMISSãO DE EVENTOS DE FALHAS EM EQUIPAMENTOS DE REFRIGERAçãO E EQUIPAMENTO DE REFRIGERAçãO. Descreve-se um sistema caracterizado pelo monitoramento remota dos principais componentes (31), procedimentos e parâmetros envolvidos nos equipamentos de refrigeração (30), particularmente para refrigeração comercial (ex: compressor hermético, microventilador, abertura de porta, temperatura interna, temperatura externa, etc) por meio de sensores de aquisição de dados (10) que faz a aquisição das informações sobre as condições destes componentes (31), ditas informações sendo posteriormente transmitidas de forma segura para uma central de processamento de dados (40) que são posteriormente processadas, possibilitando, assim, o diagnóstico de um possível mau funcionamento e conseqüente otimização dos procedimentos de assistência técnica. Também é descrito um equipamento de refrigeração (30) dotado de tal sistema remoto de monitoramento. é escrito, ainda, um método de monitoramento, detecção e transmissão de eventos de falhas em equipamentos de refrigeração, o qual compreende, em linhas gerais, as seguintes etapas: A) Monitoramento remoto de parâmetros de funcionamento de componentes (31) de aparelhos de refrigeração (30) através de sensores de aquisição de dados (10); B) Processamento dos parâmetros de funcionamento dos componentes (31) de aparelhos de refrigeração (30); e C) Diagnóstico de eventos de falhas nos parâmetros de funcionamento de componentes (31) de aparelhos de refrigeração (30).REMOTE SYSTEM OF MONITORING, DETECTION AND TRANSMISSION OF FAULT EVENTS IN COOLING EQUIPMENT, METHOD OF MONITORING, DETECTION AND TRANSMISSION OF FAULT EVENTS IN REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT. A system characterized by remote monitoring of the main components (31), procedures and parameters involved in refrigeration equipment (30) is described, particularly for commercial refrigeration (eg hermetic compressor, micro fan, door opening, internal temperature, external temperature, etc.) by means of data acquisition sensors (10) which acquire information about the condition of these components (31), said information being subsequently transmitted securely to a data processing center (40) which is subsequently processed , thus enabling the diagnosis of a possible malfunction and consequent optimization of the technical assistance procedures.
