Abstract

"MOLA PNEUMáTICA". A presente invenção se refere a uma mola pneumática possuindo uma luva de ar compreendendo um forro elastomérico; uma camada de reforço sobrepondo o forro; e um revestimento elastomérico sobrepondo a camada de reforço; o revestimento fabricado de uma composição elastomérica vulcanizável compreendendo: 100 partes em peso de elastómero compreendendo cerca de 30 a cerca de 50 partes em peso de borracha natural, cerca de 10 a cerca de 30 partes em peso de polibutadieno e cerca de 30 a cerca de 50 partes em peso de terpolímero de etileno propileno dieno (EPDM); cerca de 20 a cerca de 60 partes em peso, por 100 partes em peso de elastómero, de sílica; cerca de 1 a cerca de 10 partes em peso, por 100 partes em peso de elastómero, de um polissulfeto de organossilano; cerca de 1 a cerca de 10 partes em peso, por 100 partes em peso de elastómero, de um peróxido orgânico; e cerca de 0,1 a cerca de 40 partes em peso, por 100 partes em peso de elastómero de um coagente de reticulação.
