Abstract

"MéTODO PARA REPARAR UM CONJUNTO DE PáS ESTACIONáRIAS DE UM MOTOR A TURBINA E CONJUNTO REPARADO". é fornecido um método para formar um conjunto reparado de pás estacionárias de um motor a turbina (10) incluindo ao menos um aerofólio (16) unido entre as primeira e segunda plataformas (12, 14) radialmente distanciadas entre estas. O método compreender fornecer um primeiro membro do conjunto de pás (28) o qual compreende ao menos uma porção da primeira plataforma (12), o aerofólio (16) e o primeiro segmento da segunda plataforma (14) unido ao aerofólio (16). Além disto é fornecido um segundo membro do conjunto de pás (30) o qual inclui um segundo segmento (40) da segunda plataforma (14) com um recesso (42) com formato e tamanho suficientes para receber o primeiro segmento (34) da segunda plataforma (14). O primeiro segmento (34) é disposto no primeiro recesso (42) após o que os primeiro e segundo segmentos (34, 40) são unidos, por exemplo por brasagem ou por soldagem. é assim provido um conjunto reparado de pás estacionárias de um motor a turbina (10) mais bem estruturado, incluindo os primeiro e segundo membros do conjunto de pás (28, 30) unidos juntos.
