Abstract

"MéTODOS DE CLASSIFICAR EMBRIõES DE PLANTAS DE ACORDO COM SUA QUALIDADE, E DE DESENVOLVER UM MODELO DE CLASSIFICAçãO PARA CLASSIFICAR EMBRIõES DE PLANTAS DE ACORDO COM SUA QUALIDADE, E, ARTIGO". Apresenta-se um método para classificar embriões de plantas em conformidade com sua qualidade, com o uso de um modelo de regressão logística penalizada (PLR). Primeiro, os conjuntos de imagem ou dados espectrais são adquiridos de embriões de plantas de qualidade conhecida, respectivamente. Segundo, cada um dos conjuntos de imagem ou dados espectrais adquiridos é associado com um dos rótulos de múltiplas classes de acordo com a qualidade conhecida do embrião correspondente. Terceiro, os conjuntos de métricos são calculados com base nos conjuntos de imagem ou dados espectrais conhecidos, respectivamente. Quarto, uma análise de regressão logística penalizada (PLR) é aplicada aos conjuntos de métricos e seus rótulos de classe correspondentes para desenvolver um modelo de classificação à base da PLR. Quinto, a imagem ou dados espectrais são adquiridos de um embrião de planta de qualidade desconhecida, e os métricos são calculados com base neles. Sexto, o modelo de classificação à base da PLR é aplicado aos métricos calculados para o embrião de planta de qualidade desconhecida para classificá-lo.
