Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PREPARO DE SOLUçãO REPELENTE DE INSETOS COM BASE NA PLANTA 'NEEM' E PRODUTO RESULTANTE NA FORMA DE VELA". Cujo objetivo máster reside em obter velas com característica biorepelente de insetos, sendo que em particular estas velas se diferenciam de tudo que se conhece no estado da técnica pelo fato de que ao serem utilizadas estas não trazem em seu bojo efeitos colaterais nocivos ao ser humano, onde para que tal propriedade se faça factível, o requerente introduziu, de forma inédita o princípio ativo baseado na planta 'Neem', cientificamente conhecida por Azadirachtina, sendo que sua ação afeta o desenvolvimento dos insetos de diferentes modos. De modo geral a composição básica dos produtos velas repelentes apresenta parafina micro ou macrocristalina 140/145<sym>F e óleo de 'Neem' 0,1% a 8% (% do peso da parafina a aplicar), que varia de acordo com o tamanho das velas repelentes obtidas, sendo que esta condição é obtida mediante processo de preparo da solução repelente onde são previstas etapas de separação da matéria-prima (1); aquecimento de parafina (2); espera (3); aquecimento do óleo (4); mistura (5); conformação da vela (6) e desenforme da vela (7) respectivamente, sendo que em particular na etapa de mistura (5) pode ser acrescentada matéria-prima alternativa (5<39>) tal como Triesterato de Glicerila deionisado e desodorizado; Parafina de palma ou de soja; Extrato de 'Neem'; óleo ou essência de Citronela; óleo ou essência de Andiroba entre outras essências que alterem o aroma básico, sem prejuízo do princípio ativo original."PREPARING PROCESS FOR REPELLENT INSECT SOLUTION ON 'NEEM' PLANT AND CANDLE SHAPE PRODUCT". The main objective of which is to obtain candles with a bi-repellent characteristic of insects, and in particular these candles differ from everything known in the state of the art by the fact that when used they do not bring harmful side effects to humans, where in order for such property to become feasible, the applicant has unheardly introduced the active principle based on the plant 'Neem', scientifically known as Azadirachtina, and its action affects insect development in different ways. In general the basic composition of the repellent candle products has micro or macrocrystalline paraffin 140/145 <sym> F and 'Neem' oil 0.1% to 8% (wt.% Paraffin to be applied), which varies according to the size of the repellent candles obtained, and this condition is obtained by the process of preparation of the repellent solution where steps of separation of the raw material are provided (1); paraffin heating (2); hold (3); oil heating (4); mixture (5); candle shaping (6) and candle shaping (7) respectively, and in particular in the blending step (5) alternative feedstock (5) such as deionized and deodorized Glyceryl Triesterate may be added; Palm or soy paraffin; Neem extract; Citronella oil or essence; Andiroba oil or essence among other essences that alter the basic aroma, without prejudice to the original active ingredient.
