Abstract

"COMPENSADO DE PUPUNHA E O PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A invenção refere-se ao compensado feito a partir de estipes (troncos) maduros da pupunha (Bactris gasipaes Kunth), da família das palmáceas. O compensado é composto de pelo menos uma placa de ripas de pupunha prensadas horizontalmente a quente ou a frio. Esta placa pode ser também contra-placada a outras placas através de processo de prensagem vertical a quente ou a frio. Os lados mutuamente tocados tanto das ripas quanto das placas de pupunha citadas são revestidos com adesivo. O objetivo principal da invenção é o de proporcionar o aproveitamento de um subproduto da indústria alimentícia (estipes maduros extraídos no processo de manejo seletivo) objetivando a produção de um compensado nobre, economicamente viável, com altos índices de aproveitamento da matéria prima, estabilidade dimensional, flexibilidade e resistência mecânica."PUPUNCA PENSION AND THE PROCESS FOR SAME PRODUCTION".
