Abstract
"SISTEMA DE REGENERAçãO DE AREIAS ALCALINAS E AREIA VERDE SINTéTICA DE FUNDIçãO". A presente Patente de Invenção diz respeito à Sistema de Regeneração de Areias Alcalinas e Areia Verde Sintética de Fundição, (1), caracterizado por ser constituído desmoldador vibratório (2), o qual separa as peças fundidas do bloco de areia formado por resina alcalina ou areia verde; destorroador vibratório (3), o qual recebe os torrões de areia aglomerados com resina alcalina ou areia verde, sendo que nesta etapa, através de atrição, os grãos são desagregados, peneirados para manter a distribuição granulométrica similar ao de uma areia nova, a qual deu origem aos torrões; sistema de insuflamento de ar (4) no destorroador vibratório (3), para colocar os finos em suspensão; transporte pneumático (5) da areia destorroada e o silo de estocagem desta mesma areia; separador magnético (6) para eliminação das partículas metálicas que estão misturadas à areia; lavador (7) de areia, o qual através de agitação mais água, solubilizam os componentes inorgânicos das resinas alcalinas e areia verde; sistema de separação da água da areia com a utilização de hidrociclone e peneira desaguadora (8); secador (9) da areia por leito fluidizado; resfriador (10) de areia por leito fluidizado; conjunto de tanques e bombas (11) para recirculação da água de lavagem e correção para reutilização; espessador (12) para separação da cama gerada na recuperação da água."ALKALINE SAND AND SYNTHETIC FOUNDRY GREEN SAND REGENERATION SYSTEM".
